Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Please note that if you have accessed or downloaded digital content, your refund rights may be limited under applicable consumer laws.

  • Renewals of active subscriptions after the renewal date.
  • Custom or one-time services performed upon request.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
